Will I get a tracking number?

All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 3 business days for this tracking code to activate.

Please be sure to track your order for delivery.

What if my order in lost in the mail?

In this rare scenario, if the tracking details indicate your order has been lost in the mail we will happily reship your order.

If your tracking details have been marked as delivered, but you have not received your order, we advise you to contact you local delivery service within 24 hours of the tracking status. Please provide them with your tracking details and shipping information to make a claim and forward our customer service team the correspondence.

We do not process refunds for orders marked as delivered.

What is your exchanges / returns policy?

We do not accept exchanges or refunds on any items sold.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item we will happily process a reshipment of the same item at no extra cost. This policy only applied to items that are faulty on arrival 2 days after the parcel is marked as delivered. We do not provide refunds in this case.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we do not process refunds for change of mind or cancellation. 

Caring for your jewellery

To maintain the beauty of your items please remove items before exercising, swimming and showering. Please be sure to avoid contact with harsh chemicals perfumes, lotions, makeup or hair products, as these may damage the layer of metal plating and will cause tarnishing or discolouration. 

Payments?

All our payments are processed in USD as displayed at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept orders through Paypal and Apple pay. We do not accept cheques or wire transfers.
